Funny Robin Williams Movies
I remember Robin Williams acting like an alien on Mork and Mindy. I don't know if that role gave a boost to his acting career or what, but it sure seemed like he blew up soon after. Mr. Williams is an actor that is not type cast in comedies and stuff. I'm glad this website that I browsed today showcased his non-comedy roles more than his comic ones. Some of the Robin Williams movies they showed were Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society and Patch Adams.
Some would say that Patch Adams was a comedy but for some reason it gives me a different vibe than a comedy. Maybe a dark comedy.
One of the movies they didn't talk about is Insomnia. Robin plays the role of a serial killer that works as a film developer in Alaska. It's a very different type of role for him to play. It was a decent flick but I like Robin playing more of the hero role than villain.
What are some of your favorite movies and stuff from Robin Williams?
